EIT Polytechnic College is located 3 kms away from Kavindapadi. Kavaindapadi is located on the Erode – Gobichetipalayam Road 24 Kms from the historic Town of Erode. The college bus service connects at most all parts of Erode for the benefit of students and faculty.

The EIT Campus boasts of lush green lawns that provide an ambience and a serene atmosphere of ancient Gurukulams far from the madding crowd. It has got 52 acres of land, out of which 2 acres as academic building area and 10 acres for playground, and hostels.
It has at present about 1100 students, 100 faculty members, 15 well equipped laboratories, having instruments worth Rs. 10 crores and 50 administrative and supportive staff. It has a very strong alumni of students spread all over the world.

Admission Procedure
The candidates who passed out the Xth Standard are eligible for admission to I year and XIIth Standard Academic / Vocational Stream are eligible for admission to II year through lateral entry scheme.
